Mindfulness is being aware of your mind, body, and feelings in the present moment, non-judgmentally. It allows you to be fully immersed in the NOW vs. past and future. Mindfulness is scientifically proven to change the structure of the brain, due to it’s neuroplasticity, for new healthy thought and behavior patterns to be created.

It’s called the M&M&M formula! AKA Mindfulness + Music + Meditation.

This combination allows for you to experience the benefits of a Mindfulness practice PLUS the benefits of music mood. This allows for neurogenesis and the release of your feel good neurotransmitters, by using auditory stimulation and mindful awareness.

No. I’m not a licensed therapist nor do I practice psychotherapy. The programs I’ve created are based off of Jon-Kabat Zinn, PhD creator of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), my own research and experiences of what’s worked.

Besides heavy backing from neuroscience, I’m living proof that it does! Like any new practice though, you get out what you put in. I’ll give you the tools and homework to succeed, but you must apply them in your everyday life to get the best results. I can’t do the work for you.

You don’t have to! This is the reason why I started coaching, because it was near impossible for me to sit still for so long. My coaching programs allow you to practice at your pace using a baby step formula. This allows you to enjoy the benefits without having to sit for an hour. Overtime, as you apply this practice into your life, you’ll be able to sustain meditating for longer periods of time.
